Hi,
As per my experience what is more important is comfort and safety. Comparitively, swift has larger ground clearance and lesser height with that of WagonR.
Mileage is almost the same as a km may not make much difference.
WHen it comes to style, you know it better than anyone...
Whether this answer fetches me a best answer or not I suggest you to go for a SWIFT VXI rather than any other vehicle.

the swift vxi is a better choice. its more contemporary. mileage is decent and fabulous styling. on the other hand, the overall vision is poor compared to the wagon r. would suggest you test drive both and see your comfort levels. technically both are sound cars.
