...i've tried all of the 'obvious' methods like inquiring with foreign SP's (vodafone, etc) and samsungs various global sites. no dice. also, i am wary of purchasing one via ebay.

Hi there,I think World Commercial Forum is the right place to buy any latest mobile phones at lower prices.If you cannot find it there,ask the site operators.I recently bought my nokia 8800 sirocco from there and for the cheapest unbelievable price ever.Maybe your luck is there as mine did.

you could call the customer provider and ask for an unencumber code, they gives you you the code in a week or 2 in the journey that your account is in stable situation. or you need to purchase the unencumber code from third events, yet you cant unencumber it for loose.
