First, I want to say that I'm assuming that we're talking about a 168-pin DIMM (for desktop computers, see first link below) and not a 144-pin SO-DIMM form factor (for laptops, see 2nd link).
I hate to break it to you, but either way, PC133 SDRAM is pretty outdated. If you're wanting to build a new computer, you'd be better off selling the RAM you've got to someone who wants to upgrade a four- to eight-year-old computer.
As far as what kinds of motherboards this RAM will work in, they're pretty hard to find, even on eBay. A simple search I performed (third link) came up with two auctions and a number of (rather expensive) buy-it-now options
Of the auctions, either one is roughly equivalent, but both come with RAM. Of them all, the one that can accept the fastest processor (I assume this is what you really meant) is the Biostar M7SXD (fourth link), coming in at $58.90 after shipping. It has 2 slots each for PC133 RAM and DDR333 SDRAM, and can take a Socket 478 processor (Which is a Pentium 4-class processor, as opposed to every other one taking a P3-class or Athlon XP processor). Of course, with this board, the PC133 RAM might cause the machine to run more slowly than it would with only DDR333.
Hope this helps!
