I have an AMD Athlon XP 2800 and would like to put in an HP motherboard if compatible.?

The HP motherboard part number 322122-001 is what i need to know if compatible with my AMD Athlon XP 2800 and the CPU? Computer geeks, i would really like some input on this one.

No, what I need is the model # of the HP computer such as HP Pavilion 3015 and etc... should be right on front of case.

Could you give me more information about the board? I cant seem to locate a manual for it?
