I think it has to be the City Manager of Petersburg, VA.
The schools in this city had to be taken over by the state because they were so messed up they couldn't get accredited, and he wants to build a GOLF COURSE. Then he says that taxes will have to be raised for a few years (the majority of the residents here are working poor) because it will initially lose money.
Oh yeah, world class fool here.

Al Gore for perpetrating the largest hoax ever : that human beings control climate . Gore has come up with some doozy's but never one such as this is - designed to tax the masses and take from our standard of living ..while he uses more energy than a small town every month - with 5 figure energy bills ; private jets & limos ..he is a fool for thinking we wouldn't catch on to him .

there was a man in 1945 who had token the train after the nuclear explosion in Hiroshima and arrived in Nagasaki. There was the next explosion and he died finally... so.. I don't know if he was fool but he was surely unlucky. !
