It is simply because there are a limited amount of faces to choose from that Yahoo has to offer. They cannot make individual faces for each and every person, so they have a couple to choose from and from those couple other people are limited to the same choices. Therefore, some people are going to have the same faces. I don't really think the hair really matters except on what is popular everyone might seem the same.

Naw. That would be good. Instead, it means they cheaped out on variety, and have the same 4 or 5 faces, just switching out the wigs and rouge and facial hair.
