dear. dissociation is simply splitting of substance into.Ingra dents.like,pcl5 into pcl3 and cl2. ionistion is nothing but dissociation of an electrolyte. in water. or over melting.

Dissociation is the spliting of a solution eg.coppersulphate into copper ions and sulphate ions while ionisation is charging anything with a particular charge that is -ve/+ve, which did not have ions at all.

Dissociation is when a compound "breaks" into ions when it dissolves. E.g. NaCl dissociates into Na+ and Cl-.
Ionization when it aquires a charge. Eg the amino group-NH2 takes up a H+ and becomes -NH3+ (the "-" represents a bond and not a negative charge)

dissociation means breaking of molecules into its corresponding ions .
eg. water breaks into hydrogen ions n oxygen ions.
ionisation means ionising the molecules
eg. hydrogen ions n oxygen ions combine 2 form water
