A RAR file cannot be converted into anything. It is a compressed file that contains 1 or more files inside of it. It has to be "unrared" or "unzipped" so to speak. The best program for that is WinRar which can be downloaded here: http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar37b4.exe After you extract the files you'll be able to work with them. I'm assuming you may have downloaded a movie or DVD image file....if so, when you "unrar" and extract the files, you should be able to play or burn the file or files that were compressed into the RAR file. Hope that helps.

If you're getting the error it's probably because you don't have the complete set of rars.

If you take a standard 4.2GB dvd image and compress it down with winrar it you usually split the disc image into 80 or so 48MB rars.....or if you have for example a 700MB divx movie, it would get rared into several 14.5MB files.

If you didn't download the entire set of rars you won't be able to uncompress

If you receive an error when attempting to extract a .RAR file with ExtractNow - that generally means that the file is corrupt. You can try software such as this:
http://www.rar-repair.com/
http://rar-repair.nsware.com/
http://www.rar-repair-tool.com/

But, if they fail, you will probably have to simply delete the file and try downloading again from another location.

winRAR is a good software. about the error >if the error says like this, 'the archieve is......' that means there is some part of the file is missing. if that happens, try downloading it again using the normal way (save target as) becouse sometimes a download manager program tends to skip a file while downloading from a certain website.

hey, rar is a compressed file like zip,not a movie type file which can be converted from one movie format to another.
extract the file and see if there are any such movie files are there or not and then convert it.
ok
