When we have problems in our lives, should we make mistakes and learn from the mistakes or ask here on Yahoo?

At home, only kids ask their parents so many Qs. After we grow up, we simply leave our parents, so we can explore the unknown, make mistakes, and learn from the mistakes. I know it's a pain ( I have been there), but after awhile, we can learn alot. As adults, why we come here to ask strangers questions like " he broke up with me, what shall I do" and things like that ?

If I encounter an interesting question, I do a lot of research. It's like a refresher course for me. One is never too old to learn. Moreover, you feel safe in discussing with strangers. More often than not, you encounter people with similar experiences.
