My Vegan friend called me a pervert for eating meat! This is no joke, I don't know what was going on his mind, but his agenda is to stop me from eating any meat.
I laughed and thought he was just joking around, but he had this serious look on his face and said to me "I'm your friend, and I don't want you to die!! Aghh!! Meat is like Cigarrette smoke... I hate you!"
What should I do with him? LOL. I'm thinking he didn't have enough sleep, that's probably why he's acting weird... I don't know.

Maybe he is suffering from meat withdrawal--rotflol!! Seriously, you should kindly tell your friend that if he doesn't want to eat meat, that is HIS choice, but he needs to respect yours to eat meat.

(When he seems to have enough sleep) Calmly ask him to tell you why, with reason, logic, and wisdom, he chooses to be a vegan.
Sincerely listen to him.
Ask him for sources and proof of the health benefits, etc.
If he convinces you, be a vegan.
If not, then you know you've done the right thing, and ask him to show you the respect you've shown him.

tell that "friend" of yours not to push his agenda down your throat...he sounds more like a fascist than a greenie
