I hear it is good but it is very graphic. Im 16, and Im wondering if I should watch it or not.

It's a fantastic film.

There is a lot of sexual content - but as the characters are themselves just teenagers, somehow I don't feel it's anything that would be too shocking for you. (If anything, it's a pretty strong argument for not having sex with teenaged boys - they're terrible at it.)

I'd say, overall, there are about 6-8 scenes of graphic sexual content - meaning nudity, things aren't hidden under bed sheets or softly lit. I won't necessarily call them "sex scenes" since some of them are pretty un-erotic and almost comic.

The sex in the movie is not romanticized at all. The boys are clumsy and awkward and so the scenes are painfully comic. Unlike others here, I think you shouldn't watch the movie. I feel the movie was made for adults and adults can have the objectivity about sex to find the movie funny. As a younger person, watching the film might jade you, and there's enough of that going on in this world already.

It's an excellent film. It's officially unrated but would probably fit into the NC-17 category. If you're mature I don't see any harm in you watching it.
