If so, I'm afraid the storyline will get weak. It's really good right now, but I think they ought to wrap it up.

Yep there will be a third season but it's said that 90% of the controversy will be cleared up so they're only working with what 10% of some new stuff? Who knows it's Prison Break, they'll come up with something.

Judging by its success, the answer is a resounding yes. You are probably correct, however; that the plotline will get weak. Most serialized shows do- see Lost.

The possible plot twists could be if one of the brothers get murdered, go back to jail, etc. Keep in mind that you probably thought season 2 would be a weak plot line as well.

This is what I found at wikipedia:

"Regarding the future of the series, executive producer Paul Scheuring says, "With success comes questions about season three, so now we’re framing the first two seasons as chapter one of the ‘trilogy’."

I have no idea how factual that is but I can say with 99% certainty that there is indeed going to be a season 3. I have no idea how they will pull it off though. I would prefer them to go by quality and not quantity but hey, this is business and their number one priority is making the money.
