none. since you want to keep the cost down, go for a
nVidia GeForce 7600GS or even better 7600GT (there is quite a difference) model

The Ati X1300XT is a faster card.
Both are old slow cards. Neither is very good for the newer games.
If your buying a dell and those are the options for video upgrades your given,
You would be better off taking the no cost option and going out and buying your own video card and installing it yourself.
Oe maybe instead of buying a dell online, call dell and see if you can get a better video card installed.
