so whats the secret to grow your rear end or breast because i really dont have neither one at least booty would be good so what exercise can i do cause i know your breats cant grow by exercise but what can i do for butt or/and breast
come on ladies help a missy lady out there!!!

Your body's make up is decided in genetics or plastic surgery. I'm hoping that you're not going to get extreme about this. Personally, I believe that one should improve what's there and be the best that they can be without the help of the scalpel...Anyway, some exercises like these can help:

1. Down on all fours; elbows to the floor; lift one leg and flex the foot as you straighten the leg. 10-15 reps on each leg.

2. Same position; this time don't straighten leg but keep foot flexed, and curl leg up and back. 10-15 reps for each.

Note: contract muscle in the leg and do slowly if you like. Exhale with each count. Feel free to stretch between sets.

As far as the breast area..you can't do anything about breasts so much, but you can pump the muscle underneath. The pushup does wonders for that area. The trick is to start slow and build up your strength. And you can start with the pushups from the knees.

Try hormonal birth control. Many women gain a cup size (although you can gain weight in general as well). As for exercises to increase the size of your beind, you should run inclines and climb stairs.

I agree with Hazel.. Look you are born with what you got so quit bitching. If you start to eat like a cow you will end up looking like one. There is no cure ... Just live with it. Lift some weights or whatever.. But like i said you are born to way you look.

You don't have to get weight to get a booty... i just wanted to make that clear. My but is muscle not fat and so are many other women's booties!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't do that. The only way you can is to gain weight. DO NOT ATTEMPT. Be happy now, bcuz when you get fat, you'll b sry.
