Congratulations, you have just set the bar for stupidity. We have an exit strategy, but it's secret. It's so secret, we don't even know it. Picture Elmer Fudd, "shhh, be vewy vewy quite, we're hunting teworrist"
or is that a moronic one liner?

Well, since Bush has up to now refused to discuss strategy in private with anyone other than the neo-cons that got the US into the mess, and Bush has never disclosed any information to Congress about intel he claims he's basing decisions on; and what information about intel and strategy that has come to light has been uniformly shown to be wrong; then there doesn't see to be much else to do but to force a public debate.
And, by the way, to the extent Bush has any strategy, that's pretty much out in the open also: let's send in 20,000 or 30,000 more troops, try to stabilize the one city the international media is in, and then ... Well, actually, there is no plan past that, is there?

Ah we have the picture now , the people have spoken !! We have the right to approve the exit strategy> I guess this means I need to read up so I can make an intelligent decision on when the last American leaves Iraq, & who gets to being providing cover for the fortunate sons (& daughters) who leave before the last helicopter airlifts the last Marine off the embassy roof....(oops that was Nam!!)
I just hope my fellow Americans can be bothered to study up to make an informed decision now that we have discretionary approval responsibility.

I don't know why you direct this question to "Liberals". I am a very liberal Liberal, but I think that "war plans" should remain at least as "secret" as the huddles by football players before the snap; it never is a good idea to tip your opponent off.
On the other hand, the "war" in Iraq is not a typical "war" in any way. We have no "enemy"--only whoever happens to be shooting at us on any particular day. (Or whoever sees us as the "friend of my enemy--is my enemy"...or whatever....)
I think in this case, that of a non-war war, the will of the people should be taken into account; our government should have an exit strategy, and we should know what it is and approve it!

By no means should our war strategies be public information. But the Dems certainly think they should be out there for all of the terrorists in the world to see.

there are general overall strategies... that would be nice to know that someone is doing something... which sometimes they actually give us...
I don't want the troop movements or anything...
I'm sure everything is perfect now though... since everything has been perfect up to this point... let's just keep trusting those that have screwed up multiple times and I guess probability is... at some point they have to be right... just like a broken clock..

Overall Strategies can be made Public. Goals etc. The Tactics, actions we plan on taking to achieve said goal, should not. Unfortunately we have revealed tactics down to such a level as to be comparable to McClellan's possession of Lee's battle plans prior to the battle of Sharpsburg/Antietam.

Come off it. There is no exit strategy, and everyone knows it.

Yes.
Tell the Jihadists that Bush the buffoon was wrong to wage war, wrong to prosecute war and as wrong to waste Iraqi lives as the young lives of his American lemming idiots and morons who died wanting to kill Iraqis and become heroes.
The only USA exit strategy so far involves plastic bags, a water hose, a broom and shovel ....

Oh, another one from the great intellectual LOL
What is "PRIVEY?" Is that something in the Bush-English ape-grunting dialect? It's not English, that much is clear to anyone with a brain.
Cool how loretta agrees with her "them self's" R O F L
Are republicans not allowed to learn anything and required to be retards?
