Where can I buy Neopets Codes and Cards in bulk for resale? Preferably online or somewhere in New York?

Thanks guys-I know about Ebay-that's where I buy them -retail-but I want to sell them so I need to buy in bulk as the sellers do. I just need to know where to get them. They're called Dr. Sloth rare item codes and Merridell rare item codes.
