it depends... there's some uncertainty as to the question that you are asking. If you mean first semester in college, then yes. You can have sex whenever you feel ready, it really is a personal decision. If you are refering to your first trimester as in being a woman who is within the first 3 months of pregnancy, then the answer is also yes. As long as it is not medically forbidden, i.e. the woman has an at-risk pregnancy, then there are no issues with having sex.
