Well, my Canon S200SPx's cartridge was once jammed. Actually, in most of Canon printers, the nozzle and ink reservior are saperate. Hence, you need to give your printer to the service centre. If it's NOT TOO late, then the nozzles will be cleaned and the printer will work good.

Otherwise, you'll suffer the same as me: Keeping it on the loft and buy a new one!!!

But you can try your luck on cleaning and deep cleaning and then checking the nozzle from:
Priner Properties(that's in Start>Settings>Printers and fax>your printer's name>Properties)>Maintainance Tab

But most of the time, this DOES NOT work at all... so, it's nothing more than wasying of time!

Possible failure: 1. paper can be wet?. 2. presence of dust inside printer ?. 3. check the paper feeder position, if any damage?. 4. check if any part of the printer case is not properly closed?. solutions: 1. use dust blower on printer. 2. use routine cleaning on printer. 3. use another type of paper on printer. 4. closed the feeder and any part relating to paper channel or passage. 5. check the position when you always expperience the jammed paper, very well. 6. clean cartridge area before printing. happend to me before. what you need to do is to use a lighter, once you burn the paper out into ashes, and the cartridge can also losen up with heat, the printer will work again

besure you do it carefully you don't want to burn your house down. And unplug before doing it.

good luck kid.
