i have an acer travelmate 3273 running Xp home Sp2
i dunno what happened.. but suddenly no sound!!!
(no sound device) how u fix this??

Maybe you need a sound card.Some older models are not equipt with it and or maybe don't have a built in speaker system.Call the place you bought it from or a computer specialist and they can help you troubleshoot the problem.

Insert your disc u got with the laptop and there should be an option to install sound druver there ya go.

Sometimes the sound dial on the side gets turned down. Try that.

it probably does just havent got it turned on go to start control panel sound devices and go from there

check for sound control functions n buttons. (ctrl panel > sound) etc.. if not check device driver if there is any problem. if there is, its tag with a ? mark.
