Most of the cities are no longer being manufactured by Hasbro. The best way to find those that exist is on board game and auction websites. Here are some I found on:

I got the following from Hasbro.com:
Q: Where can I buy a city, state and/or specialty-themed MONOPOLY game?
A: USAopoly is the maker of city and specialty MONOPOLY games. Some of their editions include NY Yankees, Dale Earnhardt, The Star Trek Edition, The Marvel Comics Collector's Edition, Coca-Cola Collector's Edition and Justice League of America Edition. You may call them at 1-888-876-7659 or fax them (760-431-5880) for more information or to request replacement parts. Their mailing address is USAopoly, 5607 Palmer Way, Carlsbad, CA 92008.

I don't recall a Monopoly game like that. But I have a game called Hotels (Milton Bradley), and it's like Monopoly, only in 3-D. You can buy the 'land,' then put improvements like buildings (one looks like the Taj Mahal) and even swimming pools. Is that what you are talking about? I got mine about 16 years ago, when I graduated high school. Funny, it was my dad's co-worker that gave it to me, he was a real estate agent. Hmmm...

dunno, but you can play the game with a second homemade level, and 4 dice. makes for a fast paced game and good times. like having a smaller glass board in the middle. oh yeah, when we teens played, we joked about brothels, bars etc.not just houses and hotels.
more of an adultish version, but even with kids, try 4 dice. you can pass go in 2 rolls. no more 6 hr games.
