Is There Any Recruitment Agency called ABSOLUTE RECRUITMENT INC in CANADA?

I have recieved a job offer from their client which is safeway stating that I am being considered for the post of Customer Care Representative and that they would be sending the service agreement in the next mail.I do not understand whether this is fake offer or real one.

The salary the have quoted is immense and very hard to digest.They have mentioned the name of Paul Hazemn as thier recruitment generalist for Safeway Inc and he has his name under the email.

Guys if you happen to recieve such mails,please be careful.Anyone recieves such mails please do share with us so that everyone can be aware of such things.

However, their website can not be accessed so I would be leery. It does sound like it could be a scam that I've heard about where they offer employment but require prospective employees to pay for a $200 background check.
