South Park, do you think they have gone too far?

Is it just me or do you think that the creators of South Park have gone too far. What I am referring to is the "Towelie" character. I find it hard to believe that a towel, could be brought to life in this way. Although, his advice of, "Don't forget to bring a towel", is useful. I just seem to have trouble believing that this character actually exists. Do you think that, Matt and Trey, are just playing some sort of elaborate hoax on all of us.

No. Not yet. I love Jesus' talk show and Satan and Saddam's love affair. Mr. Hinkie, the Christmas poo is priceless as far as bad taste goes.

When my boys were growing up I wouldn't let them watch it. But there grown now and I love it. The towels a stretch, but not as bad as Mr. Hinkey, the Christmas Poo.
But I think there is something to be learned from each episode. I tell that to my son who is 24 now, and he thinks I've lost my mind. I just tell him he does'nt think deep enough.
There is a lesson in each story.

They've gone too far from day one. 'Sorry I haven't seen any recent episodes so I haven't seen 'Towelie' but I have seen them have a piece of s**t come to life and talk and swear and everything-so I'm really not surprised by the living towel. That's way milder! =))

I thought they went too far years ago with Mr Hanky character. That was just too foul for me. There's no need for that rubbish. Why not spend that money on making something educational instead of disgusting. Entertainment sure has changes since I was a kid.
