Both will be good cards for most RTS games, but the 7300LE isn't quite as capable as the 1300XT. If you're going to play something like Supreme Commander, go for the 1300XT, or even something better. Check the source for a good ranking of various video cards.

Nvidia GeForce 7300LE may be able to be run in sli or sly which ever way its spelled. Point being is this is a nice feature in the event you have two of them and want to easily increase your video output.
