gosh, i pasted that test 30 or so years ago. but forgot.neve used it ad rarely came up. myalin sheath?

I believe it's the epineurium. The myelin sheath surrounds a single nerve fiber..if that's what you're looking for.

Or well..the layers go as follows: Axon, Myelin Sheath, Endoneurium, Perineurium, Epineurium.
