chicken is the white meat of the foul.
yellow fin tuna is the white meat of the tuna.
other than that it's just marketing 101

Actually to be correct about it ...its not yellow fin thats the white meat of tuna its albacore which is the white tuna...any can of tuna that says "white" on it also says albacore...check it out.
