England, Spain, and Italy get 4 spots in the Champions League. The top 2 in each league get byes to the Group Stage, while the other 2 start in the last qualifying round. It's all dependent on the UEFA coefficient rankings. The top 3 countries get 4 spots, 4-6 get 3 teams, 7-15 get 2 teams and 16-52 get 1 team each. It's a pretty complicated process, but the website below does a good job of explaining it.
