Synthetic fabrics: spandex, lycra, elastane, combed cotton.

Spandex or Lycra would be the best materials when making a swimsuit. Try to avoid fabrics such as tricots because they will curl when cut and are generally a pain in the butt.....

polyester...however this makes the suit more costly so most suits are made of lycra which lasts about half as long as a ployester would
