A call center generally employs people to work over the phone to assist customers in fixing whatever issues they are having with their computer, printer and other computer related devices.
Most often, no formal education is required (other than graduation from high school or a GED) however companies like this usually require that you have at least some experience with computers but they will also train new employees. Training generally consists of at least 4-6 weeks of paid training.
