This varies from one state to another. In some states you could be as young as 14 years old and other states 16 years old and maybe even 18 years old in some places

How Old? 18 yrs or older with a drivers license! The other driver has to have a permit. If you both have a drivers license then it doesn't matter as long as you have the license

you have to be on your p's when your on your learners you arent allowed to drive anyone except for the fully licensed person that is with you the entire time whilst on your l's

im not to sure that there is a law on how old a person must be, or how young a person cant be, but dont take my word for it. check your local laws.
