Did William Blake have any control in the order of his poems in Songs of Innocence or did his editor mix them?

This question specifically goes to the first 3 poems: "Introduction" (duh, I know), "The Shepherd," and "The Ecchoing Green."

I wonder if he chose the order himself, or not.
