pc coz u can do sooooooooo much more on it and the graphics are heaps better

Get a PC. You can play with it, and do real work.

If you intend to only play, a PS2 may be a better idea, since you only pop in the disc and off you go.

On a PC you need to install the game, sometimes you need to update your Graphics drivers, or the game will not work because your disc drive doesn't work with the copy protection...
