Try wearing a gaff. You can buy them at any good, reputable online cross-dressing store. They're like underwear, but made with high percentages of lycra around the crotch, to give you maximum compression so it looks completely feminine and natural down there. Supposedly comfortable, from what I hear, too.

There are such things as body binders, etc for people who have penises. I've seen them before however, I'm not sure where to buy them.

This sounds really painful, but pain is beauty right? I had a friend who used to pull it(balls and all) in between his legs and tuck it between his butt crack. Then he applied a strong piece of duck tape, and shazam! no more man meat. It was crazy because he had on a pair of panties and you really could not tell that he ever had a penis.

Some drag queens tell me that they duct tape it between their legs - I guess it works. Other girls I know use control top pantyhose to hold it down. That's what I'm told.
