The rhymezone answer list is not all that helpful, because a large part of it is made up of rare surnames (not likely to be very useful when you need a rhyme!) I would also omit the multiple syllable one's that are simply phrases ending with words already listed.
That leaves us with a list like this:
brief, chief, fief, grief, lief, reef, sheaf, thief
belief, massif, motif, relief
Then you can add in the forms based on these that either add prefixes or add another word to form compounds. Fore example: debrief, disbelief, unbelief, sneak thief
That about does it for the useful PERFECT rhymes. But, in fact, there are a number of very good NEAR rhymes, that exactly match the long e of "leaf" and come very close to matching the final /f/. Many of these will work very nicely in poetry.
Here's a list of possible near rhymes, beginning with words that are the closest:
heath, sheath, teeth, wreath, beneath
cease(d), decease(d), fleece(d), geese, grease(d), lease(d), niece, peace, piece(d), caprice, decrease(d), increase(d), obese, police(d), release(d)
hashish, leash, niche [if pronounced "neesh"], quiche, sheesh
beast. east, feast, least, priest, yeast
cleave, eave, eve, grieve, heave, leave, peeve, sleeve, weave, achieve, conceive, deceive, naive, perceive, receive, relieve
breathe, seethe, sheathe, teethe
beach, bleach, each, leach, peach, preach, reach, speech, teach, impeach
