Do you have to shave the Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds if you crush them and soak in water?

I have a method where I would shave the fuzz then chew them up and leave them in my mouth for 15 minutes before swallowing, but i hate the process of shaving them. I have also heard you can crush them up and soak them in water. If you do that is it necessary to shave them if you filter the bits of seed out? Also what way is the most potent?

You dont have to shave them..I think its a waste of time ti begin with. They say it will reduce nausea...but from my experience...I see no difference either way. I like to chew, I seem to get more sick when I soak them. All I know is I cant stand the Taste. It is hell for me to eat those things....I have to like brush my teeth, eat a cough drop, chew them with like salad dressing, and then follw with a huge gulp of dew. Sometimes it is worth it and sometimes it is not. I have a range of effects from nothing but anxeity and a dry mouth to a deep spirtual experience. Acutally the first time I took them was the best. Everything felt great....like my cat...it was so soft it felt like it was evaporating or something. I just kept petting it and this very strong warmth came over me...like everything was alrite and that all life is one. I closed my eyes and I could see that time was really an illusion. As I was coming down I could feel waves of energy shooting down my arms and when I would breathe it felt like my body wasnt even there./ That trip was my best ever, even better than the times I took acid..less visual but more spiritual////

Hey guy, wow...I haven't heard of those since the mid 70's. I never shaved the fuzz off, then again that might be why I got sick. The only thing I had to know, was if they were untreated. Yes, you can soak them in water too, but as to whether one would boil them first I can't remember.
