An autopsy on former Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith on Friday did not immediately reveal what killed the billionaire's widow but police found no signs her sudden death involved a crime.

I believe it was acute intoxication due to a combination of pills and a lot of drinking since witnesses attest that Anna was drinking a lot over a 48-72 hour period with the fact that Anna was also fighthing the flu which didnt help either. So she could have had alcohol poisoning with a reaction from medications taken in a bad combination instead of according to the doctor's instructions and that they were taken properly in their correct dosages and when they should be taken

It was supposed to be announced today, but the bodyguard gave them some more info so I guess they said it would be another week or two before they knew anything. It looks if HKS had a hand in it .

I think it drugs but I am not sure!!!!!!But if you watch CCN they think Howard's the one who caused her death!!!But mostly they havent really told what caused her death.
