Hi Sweetheart!
I can't think of an actor I dislike enough to miss watching a good movie in order to avoid them. I'm not real fond of Leo DiCaprio, but I gotta admit, he stars in some very good films.
I'm not a big fan of Tim Robbins (and his left-wing activism) either, but he's had a number of good roles as well.
So I guess my answer is no...if I'm interested in the story, I can put up with an actor that rubs me the wrong way.

I only watch that movie if that actor dies off quickly or in a really worthwhile way.

True. I don't care what they're in I refuse to watch Jennifer Aniston or Tom Cruise. Talk about them being overhyped and me totally underwhelmed!

I won't watch anything with Tom Cruise, Ben Affleck or Hugh Grant in it.

Yupp. Didn't go see Ghost Rider because of Nicholas Cages horrific acting. I so loathed his performance in "The Weatherman"

i still watch it but usually only in the theatre. if i love the actor/actress i buy the dvd and watch it again in the future.

yeah.sometimes the bad actor actually makes the movie funny,even though its unintenional.
