Which is the best, I've been a pc user since I remember, never use a Mac, but lately my pc's are giving me a hard time, specially with Windows vista.
Please give me your advice.

I use a pc but Ive also used a mac a few years ago and liked it too. Both, in my opinion, have their good and bad points.

PC's are way better, PCs are better for gaming, business, and students. MACs are overpriced, and they have less software.
Also by the way i have Vista and it is the best operating system i have ever used. Also the new office software 2007 home and student is the best. It is a lot better then OSX Tiger which is the operating system on a MAC. Vista is awesome, it has translucent windows, better security, 3D flip animation, start search which can be used to find all your files easily. MACs say they are easier to use and simpler but its not true, they are just coming up with excuses.

It's really a matter of preference. I prefer PC's. However, Mac's have their advantages. They require less maintenance i.e. they don't need to be defraged etc... and are thus good for people who are new to computers.
Miss Veg…: Do you have something against "rich people"? Your comments are only an immature form of whining about the "haves" and because you must be a "have not". Instead of wasting your time with such rhetoric why don't you use it to amass a fortune yourself????? The only one in your way would be yourself!!!

I think the only reason to get a Mac would be if you going to be doing a lot of audio/video/graphic editing. that's their strong point. otherwise, a comperable PC is hundreds of dollars less. Plus, most of the professional world uses PC.
my vote: PC.
PS. it's not true there is not a concern for viruses on a Mac. the only reason there are exponentially fewer viruses is because people dont waste their time creating them for Mac's when they can shut down millions of PC's with damaging viruses.

Macs are usually better but it can be hard to get support for them when things go wrong. Go for the PC

Get the Mac. Get over the stupid viruses.
Right now I am about to reformat my HHD because of these stupid spywares that won't allow me to open IE7.... I don't download free softwares off the Net. I only check my emails and come on here. I don't know where these 11 spywares are coming from, but all I know is that I am going for a damn Mac... I am sick and tired of the virsues and spywares.
I have so many things on this notebook of my. I feel like to cry, because formating will delete everything... I hate Microsoft!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mac Mac Mac..I will give you 3 reasons among many
1. Exceptionally user fiendly and easy to use
2. There are currently NO KNOWN MAc Viruses
3. No Spyware

mac is very expenisive, you cant customize a mac so it sucks. Pc is much better.
