my launchcast radio is stuck on tuning and i can't hear it?

the radio comes up okay, and the word 'tuning' appears and stays there. that's all it does! i can't hear anything

You need to change an IE setting. Go to Tools/Internet Options/General tab/Temporary Internet Files section/Settings button. When you get there, in the "Check for newer versions of pages" section, select the "Automatically" setting (instead of "Every visit to page"). Save that setting and then try your Launchcast player again. It should work. (PS- This answer applies to IE 6. I don't know if it is applicable to IE 7.)
