I am not an expert but i am a Virgo that has been around awhile. Gemini(twins) rising could mean that you are capable of more then one thing. This sounds familiar to me although i am not sure if it is just being a Virgo or not. We are unique but try not to drive yourself nuts by thinking that you need to be absolutely perfect.
