Summer afternoon at the County Fair, chewin' on a smoked turkey leg or a yummy cob of fresh buttered corn AND "smellin' the butts of horses, cows, and goats!" Ahhhhh....good times....Does life GET any BETTER?

I love our local fair. I've won several First place ribbons for a couple of my quilts and some of my pottery. Love to see the woodcarvings. One year a high school student did the most beautiful sail boat that I have ever seen. It was hard to believe such a young man did it - if I remember correctly he was 16. I also like to eat the sausage and onion sandwich and of course the corn on the cob. Don't really care for the sweets thought. Also like to go to the exhibition halls and see the new gadgets. Oh yeah, I saw a Bob Dylan concert at the fair - it was great.

Minnesota State Fair rocks that and Chrstmas is the only time i let lose and pig out

Usually the "fair" is a WASTE of money! The rides cost three dollars a peice and the crowds are too big! Why bother going?

I know what you mean!!
I am 13 and I LOVE going with my friends, entering my sheep in it, watching the different shows and going on the rides!
And the buttered corn cobs?? YUM!!

pretty close to heaven. i think the only thing that makes me feel better is riding in the boat on splash mountain with the cheery music going on right after you hit the big dip. Now thats fantastic!!!!!

I love fairs! I get on all the rides. Eating corndogs and crinkle cut fries are my favorites

i'm not sure. yet once you may decide to deliver a pair dozen to me i could decide them for you, or a minimum of permit you already know in the event that they may be seen a sugar cookie. sturdy success to you the two way.
