how to wear liquid eyeliner and mascara?

I tried putting on the liquid liner first, but it gets on my lashes so it's difficult to apply mascara because my lashes are already stiff from the liner. when i tried putting mascara first, it got difficult to put the liquid liner because my lashes were already full and curled. what do you do to make it easier and not look messy? thank you in advance :)

But you should put the liner on first, regardless of liquid or gel, then the mascara afterwards. Just be real careful not to smudge/smear the liner and close your eyelid gently. Also, when you put the mascara on, swipe up once, glide wand left to right on lash, then swipe up again to get a fuller, clearer eyelash! It works great!

I Always Put My MasCara On First But Very Lightly Then I Go For The Liner Then ReDo My Lashes Its All About Not Puttin On To Much Liner Anyway The MasCara Makes The Top Line On Your Eye Anyway If You Apply It Right So To Much Liner Will Cause It To Look Thick And Nasty Unless U Like It Like That Lol

try pulling your eye to the side (not to much) make sure u get a liner brush that is thin (because this works best) and from the corner of your inner lid at the base try to get it close to the lashes possible w/o touching them and slowly go to the outer edge. This takes practice. Try not to get the liner in your eye because it will burn. This is some thing i did when i started wearing liquid eyeliner and this worked for me 1st I would put pencil eyeliner than go over it with the liquid. Also, 1st do the eyeliner then the curling and mascara. Otherwise if u curl and put mascara 1st.....you'll have a hard time. i had tried that when i started off.......so u don't wanna do that! I had the same problem. First apply the liner. Before you apply it remove access from the brush as you would when applying nail polish to your nails. Next, close your eye and use your index finger to stretch your eyelid as outward as comfortable. Begin applying eyeliner at the corner of your eye (but not exactly at the corner.Leave a little space, start where your eyelashes start) slowly and carefully swipe eyeliner across your eyelid (outward,towards your ear)and stay very close to your eyelashes. I apply it lightly the first time and then go back and fix anything. I also always have a few Q-tips near by to erase any mistakes and I also gently swipe Q-tips across my lashes to remove any access eyeliner. Then curl your lashes and apply two coats of mascara, always apply at the root of your lash and work your way up.

I usually see females placed on both, besides the undeniable fact that it truly is up tp you. Why no longer borrow some liquid eyeliner from a buddy and placed it on by technique of itself and see the way you look. Then placed on mascara to boot and see which way seems more suitable positive to YOU. :)

I used to have the same problem! Honestly, it all comes down to perfecting the technique of how you put it on. Ultimately, I put my mascara first then liner, and right after I finish putting the liner on, really quickly, I go over my mascara one more time lightly so that all the clumps go away. Remember, TECHNIQUE!!

put eyeliner than mascara. try practising it everyday. you'll get better each day. its not the problem with the eyeliner or mascara. you just need some practice.

well if liquid eyeliner doesn't work, the use pencils. put on the pencil eyeliner first then the mascara. :D

Use this kind it makes the same affect with minimal mess. After you apply it smudge it with a eyshadow bush to get rid of the harsh look. That way it will look more natural...and not like you drew it on with a Sharpey(marker)
