i would say physics, because more of it is on the macroscopic level and is more conceptual. there is more memorizing in chemistry. but thats just me.
physics is pretty much plugging numbers into equations.

In high school chemistry is easier. In college, physics is. But neither is a walk in the park.
Physics makes more sense in the beginning because so many of the examples you have already tried in real life, you just didn't realize it. But the math can be hairy when you get along in physics and the concepts get stranger and stranger.
In chemistry there is a lot of memorization of rules and the exceptions to the rules, but the math is pretty basic.
So, if you are good at rote memorization and not real good at math, take chemistry. If you are pretty good at math and do concepts better than memorization, take physics.
But, really, take them both and become a kick-butt rockin' scientist. Because we scientists have secret parties where we dream up impossible things and then make them happen later.

I found chemistry easier to understand. Physics purports to assign mathematical values to forces in nature. Having majored in mathematics in college, I was very frustrated by the assumptions we had to make in my physics class (massless ropes, frictionless pulleys, et. al.) This frustration led me to adopt a saying: MATH WORKS. PHYSICS DOESN'T!
In chemistry, every atom which exists before a process starts still exists after the process ends.

Chemistry is easy becoz Chemistry is the science of matter at the atomic to molecular scale, dealing primarily with collections of atoms, such as gases, molecules, crystals, and metals. Chemistry deals with the composition and statistical properties of such structures, as well as their transformations and interactions to become materials encountered in everyday life. Chemistry also deals with understanding the properties and interactions of individual atoms with the purpose of applying that knowledge at macroscopic levels

Physics - hated Chemistry labs and experiments.
Physics labs were much easier.

How are your math skills? For me, it was physics. However, for most students, chemistry is easier because it requires less on the mathematics front.

I have chemistry this year...it's not hard but it's definatly not easy...it can be a lot of fun however, because you can blow things up and understand what atoms and elements make what...I have never had physics but I think it's just learning about body movement...am I correct?...

If you're good at math, you'll do well in physics. Chemistry is half way in between biology and physics, half memorization, half math.

Easy? They are beautiful, both of them, taking you closer to the universe, to the real understanding of the how things work around.
