Ocean's 11: Think about it. Though the thieves are the heroes of the movie, they are still the bad guys. They just beat an even bigger bad guy.

Freddie..... Michael....Jason.....Hannibal.....Jigsaw.....Leatherface....but my all time favorite is Dr. Anton Phibes in the classic movie...with Vincent Price...The Abominable Dr. Phibes (and its sequel of course)
The Abominable Dr. Phibes (1971)
Doctors are being murdered in a bizarre manner: bats, bees, killer frog masks, etc., which represent the nine Biblical plagues. The crimes are orchestrated by a demented organ player with the help of his mute assistant. I think that the movie "saw" and all the ones that followed pretty much say that the bad guy one. To me, it was a surprise ending and they left it open so you think they will make another one.
