My 66 Mustang pulls to the left really bad i had three computerized alignments they found no problem, I rotated the front tires no change, i replaced the bearings no change, repaced brake pads, replaced the front drums, rebuilt rack and pinion no sign of accidents i give up any suggestions help?

66 shouldn't have rack and pinion. Have the radius arms and bushings been checked (having been aligned I assume so)
If power steering ,the spool valve could be worn or sticking.
Did the allignment shop check the steering axis inclination that could help find a bent spindle. (most don't)
Check the rear .a rear end out of alignment or tight brake could pull. odd sized tires could cause a push
measure the center of RF to RR wheels and the same for left side they should be close (3/4 inch or less) if the spring perch is off and one side is longer it will pull. actually it would want to go in circles, though large
off hand the alignment specs. should be camber 1/2 +/- 1/4, caster should be 1 1/2 to 2 3/4 , toe 1/4+ +/- 1/8.depending on whose spec book you are using.
least caster and most camber will pull. If every thing shows good you may have to align for the pull correction. staying close to recommended factory specs for wear .
we had a showroom stock car that we had to stay within factory specs and we had the left side set max. camber (leaning out) and min. caster setting on the tech pad and not running it turned left.

U are describing 2 DIFFERENT areas.Are we talking about a Constant pull or Braking pull ?? Have U had an Alignment that uses 4 Heads-ONE on each wheel 2 check IF the FRAME is Square or just 2 heads-Have the Caliphers & wheel cylinders been replaced? The FRONT Brake flex hoses are known 2 B ONE of a major cause of pulling when BRAKING!

I own a classic stang, One thing to look for as mentioned before are cracks at the upper control arm mounting points. The cracks act like a leaf spring in the sheetmetal, allowing the UCA to travel beyond its normal sphere of movement.

The one I was going to add, is the slop between shocktowers and firewall. This is why WELL BUILT export braces and monte carlo bars are necessary.

One more question, IS THE CAR POWER STEERING?

If so, then you may have a sticking hydraulic ram or a sticking valve.

Get your car up in the air on a lift, check your tension rods (these run from your LCAs to the 45 degree mounts below your radiator support), sometimes, these break and we just don't see them, these keep the LCA perpendicular to the thrust angle of the car. If bent back it can affect the toe alignment of your car....causing a left pull.

Check your engine bay sheetmetal carefully....
Measure the distances between the shock towers and a centered, common point on your firewall.

2 different size tires, broken spring?control arm bushings,ball joints,maybe your looking at the wrong end.Check the springs and spring shackels on the rear. Have some one follow you down the road to see if the car is tracking right.If its riding sidways on the road you have a frame problem (Called dog trotting) its been in a crash Hope this helps

did you check the front tie rods some times when they get bent they will make your car pull to the left or right dependly on which side is bent. and also check to make sure that your tires are in good condition

i had a 66 and while restoring it i found out that the shock towers are often rusted worn and loose,every one says the the first thing you should check when buying one,hopefully that's not it but if it is its fixable

Sounds like the right master cylinder is not working.Possibly a pinched brake line or plugged.

i have owned over 21 mustangs...65-70...and boy you sure got me beat..and i know mechanics.....bad or bent wheel spindle is all i can think of..you have done everything else...good luck...hope i am right
