when you are sitting.......put a phone book under your feet so that eases the stress in the lower back.
When you are on your feet do some pelvic rock forward. and upward.

Use extra pillows in bed to support different parts of your body.

Try the cat arch when you're on your hands and feet. Just a minute or two of that during the day helps me. Another idea is going to the pool... not the sauna, of course! The pool's weightlessness can elevate the pressure off your spine and body.
Also, get your partner or a friend to give you your well deserved massages! ;)

I had back pain with all three of my boys. Get on the floor on your hand and knees. Arch your back way up as if you were a cat, then let your back fall down as far as possible, do that a couple of times and you will feel some relief inthe lower back. You will be stretching yourself out.

I would say back rubs, but sheesh my husband i would ask him and he would pass out after 1 minute of rubbing my back, lol.
Some low heat pads work as well and warm baths. I enjoyed the warm shoers. I would let the water hit my back and i would just be in heaven

Ask a family member or significant other to stand behind you and lace their fingers under your belly, lifting gently. Just taking the weight of the baby off of your back can be quite relieving.

good luck with my first child all I had was lower back pain and the doctor told me that this was considered contractions its just that I got them in my back and not my stomach. Just elevate your feet and try not to stand for long period of times.

unfortunatly theres not much you can do.
Theres only 1 thing I can suggest is to take the load off and hop in a bath a relax, or even a pool depending on the weather.
good luck
