Richardson would be the lesser of the evils. Never vote for a liberal when there is a war situation. Right now is not a good time for voting democrat at all. You should of seen the mess Bill caused within the Army with his cut backs. And they want to bash the conservatives for Walter Reed?! Liberals do not support the military, the real people who protect your freedoms. Ask any ex-military person.

ARMY HOOAH!

If I were a Democrat...yes. Richardson probably has the best chance of winning a general election than any other Democrat in the race.

Hillary just is not likeable. She comes across as scripted and phony (e.g. - her Selma, AL church charade). She oozes a Nietzchean will to power. Outside of her liberal enclaves in New York City and California, people just don't like her. She can only communicate in empty platitudes (e.g. - "Our children are our future..."). Compare her with Bill. She is a rote thinker, Bill was a creative thinker. She cannot talk policy specifics, Bill was masterly. The reason I am making this comparison is to point-out that Bill never even got a majority vote (he should have kicked the pants off of Dole). Hillary, unlike Bill, is flat and wooden. I'm sure the Republican National Committee has already made a list of her numerous scandals she will have to answer for. Such as, how do you feel about getting rich off of dispossessed homeowners in Whitewater? How did you defy laws of mathematics, economics and the Securites Exchange Commission trading in cattle futures? Did you or did you not make a fortune short-selling pharmaceutical stocks shortly before the Universal Healthcare Commission ("Hillarycare") was announced? She would get killed in a general election.

Obama would get eaten alive due to his lack of experience. He has been overcautious not to reveal too much of his ideology. He's black. OK. But what does he stand for?

Bill Richardson has gravitas. He's much smarter than H. Clinton or Obama. He has a long record he can stand on and defend it substantively.

If Wesley Clark decides to run, he would also have a good shot in the general election, particularly because the war will be a huge issue.

If the Democrats nominate either Clinton or Obama, they will suffer another White House defeat.

No I would have to go with Hillary. There have been rumors that Bill is on Hillary's short list of possible vice-presidential picks. They would be a good team. Obama should stay where he is for a while longer.

I like Bill. But he's got too much competition this Election. Maybe someone will pick him as their running mate next year after the primaries are over. Right now- it's Hillary's to lose.

Absolutely. Hillary? She'd be worse than Obama who would be worse than Bush. The choices I see us having, it makes no real difference who wins, or which party, the country is going to be in even worse hands after 2008 than it is now and that is both frightening and depressing. And as for Hilly witch cleaning the country up, how? Can't even clean her own husband up.

Yes. Richardson is the only Dem who is reasonable. That of course means that he has no chance of ever being nominated.
