Well toned is OK, but personally I think that curvey women are more attractive. Not heavy, just a little curvey. Too much muscle doesn't look good on a woman. Everyone's preferences are different, though.

I like a well toned muscular girl. I even like the female body builders, not necessarily when they are in competition shape though, that's when they look too manly.

It looks nice on some women. It really depends on their body type. Janet Jackson has the nicest abs, in my opinion. The Williams sisters have abs, but their bodies look masculine.
