The deodorant I'm using now is not very good at all. First things first, I sweat ALOT! And I've been using Teen Spirit Coconut or something like that. And it works for like 10 min but once I start sweating it's crazy. I always have to keep my arms down and yeah...it's embarresing.
I keep hearing 'oh Degree is great' but then some people say it's not...ok..that's helpful...(ya know what I mean?)

So if you could give me the name/s of some good anti-persperent (spelling?!) deodorants (yeah, it's gotta be anti-persperent AND deodorant) that'd be amazing. Thanks so much!

It's your lucky day. I have the answer. I used to suffer from profuse sweating. I mean, I rain! I now use CERTAIN-DRI. You can buy it at CVS.

It use to be only available by prescription but now we can buy it off the store shelf.

It keeps you from sweating AT ALL! It works about 2 weeks with just one application.

You can even bathe and it won't wash off. It seeps into the pores.

Read the directions on it carefully. You don't use it like regular antipersperant. You apply the roll on under your arms just before bed time and never apply it right after you take a shower or bath. Your pores will be wide open and it can burn you, leaving you with a rash.

I made that mistake by ignoring the warning on the label once. Ouch.

I promise you, it will stop the worst kind of sweating dead in it's tracks. Even nervous persperation.

It is called CERTAIN-DRI and IT WORKS! You won't sweat a drop. I know. I had the same problem but not any more. Thank God.

CVS also sells their house brand of it which is even cheaper.
Don't worry. It's not expensive and one little roll on will last you for months because you don't need to apply it very often.

Good Luck and trust me. Only use CERTAIN-DRI!

MITCHUM!!! I know exactly what you mean...I've tried so many and this is the only one that I'm completely confident in. They have mens and women's and I've used them both. The mens comes in unscented, and the women's comes in lots of different scents. I'm a flower fresh girl myself.hehe Its almost always on the very top or very bottom shelf and the women's comes in a light green tube.

(I like degree for the first hour, then i feel like the scent turns funky. Definitely go with the mitchum)

Not sure whether you have heard of Rexona or Norsca but these are nice as well as Dove or Nivea. All the best.

Never ues those stupid Teenager deodorants. If you are extremely active or sweat a lot then I would suggest Mitchum.....I know - laugh all you want. It's the same type as my boyfriends......but it makes a huge difference. And it comes in a clear gel, in special scents, and doesn't leave that white outline stuff on your clothes or you.

Deodorants work differently on different people. It has a lot to do with each individuals body chemistry. Try whatever brand of deodorant your mother uses and you will probably find one that works for you.

I always used Secret Platinum, or either Ban deoderant. I saw a new comercial on tv a few days ago, and I went to the Secret site. Check it out! They have a new deoderant out now, I've got to get it as soon as my other runs out. It is called Secret Clinical Strength...Try it and let us know! www.secret.com and then go to all secret products and you will see it.

Degree did absolutly nothing for me, use Secret Invisible solid, I know of several full figures women that actually use this on parts of their bodies that touch, to stop them from sweating in those areas.

I like secret platinum. I think we build up a tolerance to deodorant. Degree used to work really well for me but it doesn't anymore.

secret platinum protection (soft solid - the one that clicks up works the best for me) i sweat a lot...also if you put CERTAIN DRI on at night (available most places) it will really help with heavy sweating...I think my dermatologist said it clogs the pores in your armpits but I'm not sure...but yea I swear by those 2
