The only thing I can think of is something like "mongolian." It's a Down's baby; in old days that's what these children were called.

If so, this is a not so nice name of a Downs Syndrome child.

Downs Syndrome
The term Monolog isn't used much anymore.
The child has a chromosomal defect and is retarded. The facial features are notable and similar in each child.
