Only people in north pole or south pole (perfectly on the pole) see the moon 24/7. Not others. Are you in the northern-most tip of scandinavia (Wish the Whales) or Antartica (Convey my regards to the penguins)?

If somehow you could possibly see the moon 24/7 from a "western" country, no they would not. Since that is essentially impossible, your question is moot.

I suppose they could. But you can't see the moon 24/7 anyway, even if it stays a bit longer in the morning, eventually it will change it's angle towards where you are.

NO, If you could see it 24/7 that would mean it would be in geosynchrous orbit, allways above the same point, there fore noone on the other side of the planet whould be able to see it.

there is no such thing as seeing the moon 24/7.. you always see the moon as it is cresting ..full or receding...not 24/7
